Offices

A number of newly developed offices are available for immediate occupation.

We have the following office sizes available:

Office A (400 Sq ft) –  Currently occupied

Office B (300 Sq ft)  – Currently occupied

Office C (474 Sq ft)  – Currently occupied

Office D (214 Sq ft)  – Currently Occupied

Office E (220 Sq ft)  – Currently Occupied

Office F (200 Sq ft)  – Available

There is the potential for two or three offices to be joined together to form an interconnected suite.

All offices have been recently renovated and have suspended ceilings with integrated LED lighting panels. The offices are newly carpeted and have Cat 5 internet connectivity via RJ45 wall sockets. RJ11 phone sockets are also provided in each office. Gas-fired central heating is provided throughout.

Other Features

PACE House has a shared kitchen / breakout area equipped with fridge, kettle and microwave facilities. A small meeting room is available by prior appointment. Please note, there is a modest additional cost if this facility is required. Separate male and female WC facilities are provided.
