We aim to be transparent and simple when it comes to calculating the cost of renting an office at PACE House:

(Please note that all prices will be subject to VAT at the current rate)

A deposit equal to one months’ rent is payable in advance (this does not include VAT). This will be fully refunded at the end of the contract period – subject to there being no damage beyond fair wear and tear.

Reasonable access to our meeting room is available for no extra fee.

There are no management or other supplementary charges to think about.

The standard Tenancy Agreement period is 12 months.

Shorter periods may be considered, dependant on circumstances, but the price per square foot would be slightly higher – If interested in this option, we would be happy to discuss further.

Internet Provision

Internet access can be provided, if required, for a monthly charge of £35 + VAT. This covers provision of a service which will fully meet the needs of most small businesses. If there are unusual or specific factors to be considered, in terms of data usage or other aspects, we will be happy to discuss these with you.

Prior to occupation, you will be asked to sign a contract and a photographic condition survey of the office. That is pretty much it.
